Acceptable Use
Last updated · 2026-05-10
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Mokam Kartu ("Kartu", the "Service") provided by MB "Moku programuoti". It is part of the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
What Kartu is for
Kartu is a tool for small groups sharing a single subscription (Spotify Family, Netflix, etc.) to track who pays whom on which day. It is not a payment processor, marketplace, escrow service, or invoicing platform.
You must not
- Use Kartu to commit, facilitate, or conceal fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or fraudulently representing payment-method ownership.
- Use Kartu to launder funds or to obscure the source of money.
- Use Kartu as a payment-collection tool for goods or services to third parties — Kartu is for splitting a subscription you and your contacts share, not for invoicing customers.
- Add people as members without their permission, or harass, threaten, or abuse other plan members through the Service.
- Enter false or misleading payment-method details for yourself or anyone else.
- Attempt to gain access to plans, accounts, or data that are not yours — including bypassing authorization checks, exploiting bugs, or using credentials you are not authorized to use.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure without prior written authorization, except via a clearly disclosed responsible-disclosure channel.
- Scrape, mass-export, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means.
- Run bots, scripts, or other automated tools against the Service that go beyond ordinary human use.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of any non-open-source components, except as permitted by mandatory law.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable law in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction whose users you affect.
- Impersonate another person, organization, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
Owner responsibilities
If you are a plan owner, you must:
- Only add members who have actually agreed to share the underlying subscription with you.
- Keep your configured payment methods (Revolut handle, IBAN, phone number) accurate and up to date — you receive funds directly, so errors are your responsibility.
- Promptly mark payments as received once funds arrive — failing to do so unfairly triggers reminders to members.
Account sharing
Each Kartu account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else. If you stop using a shared subscription, leave the plan rather than handing your account over.
Reporting violations
If you believe someone is misusing Kartu — for example, listing you as a member without your knowledge, harassing you, or asking you to send money you do not actually owe — email maksim@mokuprogramuoti.lt. We will investigate and act where appropriate.
Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access to features, or cooperate with law enforcement when we reasonably believe this Policy or applicable law is being violated.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
